The DARE Academy is dedicated to driving impactful change for youth by teaching conflict resolution, leadership, life skills and personal development through real estate investing analogies; in order to transform communities and neighborhoods through youth. We are committed to increasing wealth by identifying and breaking barriers poverty, while fostering innovation and empowering individuals to create a properous and sustainable future for all.

Our programs are created to inspire youth through Real Estate analogies for dream constructions we offer hands-on experience in real estate investing strategies and an innovative approach to life skills and personal development through renovation process. The mentorship program exposes youth to Real Estate investing as entrepreneurs through guidance in skill building together these initiatives to power youth for success in life.
DREAMBUILDERS
The DreamBuilders Program harnesses the power of real estate investing analogies to inspire youth to construct their dreams and aspirations from the ground up. Drawing parallels between the process of building a real estate project and crafting a fulfilling life path, this initiative guides participants through a journey of self-discovery, goal setting, and personal growth.
LIFE SKILLS BOOTCAMP
The DARE Academy hosts an innovative Life Skills Bootcamp Series designed to enhance participants' personal development & equip them with essential life skills for success. This series of intensive workshops will cover a range of topics, including real estate & personal equity, generational wealth, goal setting, assets vs liabilities & resilience training.
REI AGUMENTED REALITY
The Real Estate Investment Simulation Program that provides youth with hands-on experience in understanding real estate investing principles and strategies. Through this program, participants will engage in simulated real estate transactions, learning to analyze markets and properties, negotiate deals, & make investment decisions and how they corrorelate with life skills & leadership.
DARE MASTERMIND
The DARE Mastermind is committed to hosting high level conversations tailored to support aspiring real estate entrepreneurs in their journey. This program will pair youth participants with experienced real estate investors and industry professionals who will provide guidance, advice, and mentorship in navigating the complexities of the real estate market.
